At Wolfe Eye Clinic, we create Better Vision for a Better Life. Wolfe Eye Clinic has an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse. This position will travel to other clinics with the Retina teams. This position will work closely with the retina specialists to provide comprehensive care for our patients. Candidates should desire to learn in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to positively interact with patients while providing instruction and education.

Responsibilities:

  • Rooming patients
  • Administering injections
  • Assisting physicians with exams
  • Triaging phone calls and responding to tasks
  • Scribing for the physician
  • Maintaining electronic medical records
  • Performing insurance pre-authorizations
  • Other clinical duties as needed

Qualifications include:

  • Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Remain organized
  • Learn and adapt quickly
  • Maintain excellent communication

Current Iowa nursing license is required, and clinical nursing experience is preferred.
