About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Anesthesiology CRNA in Ohio!

Our client in Ohio is seeking a skilled Anesthetist for a 72-day assignment starting Oct 19, 2026. This role involves 12-hour shifts, three days per week, focusing on medical supervision of CRNAs in a scheduled OR setting. The Anesthetist will manage a diverse range of complex cases, including cardiac, OB, neuro, ortho, and complex vascular procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide medical supervision of CRNAs
  • Manage scheduled OR cases
  • Handle a diverse range of complex cases including Cardiac, OB, Neuro, Ortho, and complex vascular cases
  • Perform general anesthesia for adult and trauma patients, including healthy pediatrics
  • Administer spinal and epidural anesthesia, as well as regional anesthesia for surgery
  • Provide anesthesia for obstetrical cases, neurosurgical cases involving head and spine, and complex vascular cases (excluding open heart)
  • Manage complex orthopedic cases
  • Apply pain management techniques, including post-op epidural and extremity blocks
  • Perform epidural steroid injections for lumbar and cervical regions, and transforaminal injections
  • Utilize x-ray guidance for block procedures
  • Manage ventilation and evaluate/manage acute volume/BP issues
  • Perform central line, arterial line, and PA catheter placements
