Job Title: RN Oncology Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Oncology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating shifts Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Experience in oncology, step-down, surgical, and telemetry. - Ability to work weekends and holidays. Description: Surgical oncology MICU stepdown unit specializing in hepatobiliary, reconstructive plastic surgery, gynecology, and MICU step-down care. The unit consists of 30 beds. The role requires strong critical thinking and assessment skills. Nursing care will focus on post-operative patients. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential for optimal patient outcomes. The successful candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are necessary to ensure effective patient education and support.
