Key Responsibilities:

- Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations

Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to adapt in fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining a focus on patient care
