Job description

Column Technical Services seeks a detailed-oriented and compliance-savvy Treasury Analyst professional to manage critical payment systems, card programs, and lockbox activities. Position Overview
Responsible for overseeing various financial operations within the Treasury team, including payment systems, corporate card oversight, and lockbox activities. This role ensures all processes run efficiently, securely, and within compliance regulations.

Primary Duties
- Perform daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, positive pay review, wire transfer initiation and posting, and stop payment processing
- Manage full lifecycle of bank account administration such as opening and closing accounts, maintaining account documentation, and coordinating debit block releases
- Support corporate card program activities, including setup, maintenance, and issue resolution
- Administer and maintain merchant account setups and user permissions using the Elavon Payment Navigator platform
- Design and implement procedures and training materials related to credit card usage and acceptance
- Lead compliance initiatives related to PCI DSS, including audits, testing, documentation, and corrective actions
- Assess both third-party and in-house systems for alignment with PCI DSS requirements
- Manage lockbox workflows and supervise payroll check issuance procedures
- Monitor and reconcile procurement card transactions, offering assistance and guidance to users
- Partner with the Associate Director on targeted projects to enhance Treasury operations

Qualifications & Competencies
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a Treasury, Finance, or comparable role
-Bachelor's degree in a related financial field such as Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Working knowledge of card payment systems and PCI DSS compliance standards
- Proven background in financial processes, policy creation, and responding to audit requests
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
