About the Role

We are seeking a high-impact Latin America Marketing Manager to the lead regional marketing strategy and execution across Latin America. This role is responsible for driving pipeline, accelerating revenue growth, and increasing brand awareness through integrated marketing programs supporting both direct and with channel partner.

Reporting into the Americas Field Marketing organization, this individual will partner closely with Sales, Channel Sales, Alliances, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations to build scalable campaigns that generate measurable business outcomes for both our internal IT and MSP business.

The ideal candidate has experience marketing across multiple Latin American countries, understands regional nuances, thrives in a high-growth SaaS environment, and is fluent in English and Spanish, with Portuguese strongly preferred.

What Youโ€™ll be Doing Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and execute the Latin America regional marketing strategy aligned to corporate revenue objectives

  • Build integrated quarterly marketing plans that support pipeline generation, customer acquisition, channelgrowthand customer expansion opportunities

  • Manage LATAM marketing budgets andoptimizeinvestments based on ROI and business impact

  • Identifynew market opportunities and recommend investments across countries,industriesand segments

Field Marketing
  • Partner with the field sales team to develop territory-specific marketing plans.

  • Own the full lifecycle of LATAM field marketing programs from planning through execution, including eventlogistics, vendor management, budget management, lead flow coordination, salesfollow-upand performance measurement

  • Design and execute the face-to-face & digital programs including regional events, sponsorships, executive programs, customer programs, webinars, tradeshowsand account-based marketing initiatives

  • Support pipeline acceleration through targeted campaigns aligned to sales priorities.

  • Create localized marketing experiences that resonate with regional buyers whilemaintainingglobal brand consistency

Channel & Partner Marketing
  • Develop joint marketing plans with distributors, resellers, MSPs, VARs, GSIs, and strategic alliance partners.

  • Build scalable channel marketing programs that drive pipeline, channelengagementand customer acquisition

  • Ensure channel programs and campaigns complement and are aligned with direct and channel sales motions

  • Collaborate with LATAM channel account managers to execute campaigns, events, webinars, digitalprogramsand demand generation initiatives

  • Track channel and direct marketing performance and recommend optimization opportunities

Integrated Campaign Execution
  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, webinars, events, and content syndication

  • Collaborate with NinjaOneโ€™s localization team for LATAM needs

  • Work cross-functionally with Digital, Product Marketing, Creative, Content, Communications, Corporate Events, Demand Generation, ABM and Marketing Operations to deliver high-quality campaigns

  • Ensure campaign execution follows established operational processes, timelines, and budgets

Sales Partnership
  • Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to the LATAM sales, SDR & customer success teams

  • Participatein territory planning and quarterly business reviews

  • Align marketing investments to regional sales priorities

  • Provide visibility into campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI

Analytics & Reporting
  • Measure campaign performance across pipeline, sourced revenue, influencedrevenueand conversion rates

  • Present monthly & quarterly business reviews highlighting marketing impact and investment recommendations

  • Leverage Salesforce & Tableau to make data driven decisions

  • Continuouslyoptimizeprograms based on performance insights

  • Other duties as needed

About You
  • 5โ€“8+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT

  • Experience supporting both direct sales organizations and channel partner ecosystems

  • Proven success executing integrated regional marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline

  • Experience managing field events, webinars, executive programs, and channel partner campaigns

  • Strong understanding of channel marketing, MDF and co-marketing initiatives

  • Experience working with cross-functional global teams

  • Understanding of the LATAM market including laws and cultural nuances

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to travel throughout Latin America (approximately 40%)

  • Bi-Lingual (English & Spanish or English & Portuguese preferred)
