The Group Marketing Director for Palm Beach Health Network will lead the local marketing strategy, planning, and activation in support of service line growth initiatives.  The Group Marketing Director will leverage enterprise planning efforts and local market best practices to execute hyper local marketing tactics that drive patient acquisition for our hospitals and physicians.  S/he will integrate all marketing efforts across our expansive network, lead a team of marketers, and have a keen focus on marketing performance and growth.  

Reporting to the Group Chief Strategy Officer and the VP of Marketing & Comms, the Group Marketing Director will direct data-driven healthcare marketing plans that support service line prioritization and growth. This position will additionally build trusting and collaborative relationships with internal and external teams to ensure that strategic marketing is implemented within the framework and vision of the Tenet's Vital Marketing and Communications Group.

Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center (PBGMC), part of the Palm Beach Health Network, the largest health care network in Palm Beach County, is a 199-bed acute care hospital. It has served the Palm Beach County and Treasure Coast communities for over 50 years. Education/Experience
    Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant major is required 
    Advanced degree in business, marketing/communications, or health related field is preferred 
    At least 7 years of demonstrated progressive experience and responsibility for developing marketing strategy, executing multi-channel marketing plans that support growth initiatives, brand management, and driving insights into action (relevant to health care industry preferred)

    Drives alignment of the market growth strategy to marketing plans and execution.
    Focuses on driving service line growth, patient acquisition, brand health, and consumer engagement.
    Partners with the home office to activate enterprise-wide campaigns and best practices yet leads the localization of campaigns across all access points.
    Utilizes data, insights and best practices to create comprehensive hyper local marketing plans with clear objectives, impactful brand positioning and strong community engagement that connects with our target.   
    Supports development and execution of local media plans
    Research local competitor positioning and opportunities to help develop stronger local market plans
    Drives the localization of an integrated service line value story for all audiences for marketing and communications programs that provide consistent messaging, differentiated value propositions and positioning within local markets. 
    Gets buy in and alignment of all marketing initiatives and campaigns.
    Maintains strong relationships and interactions with internal and external stakeholders 
    Partners with home office on marketing effectiveness and owns the local marketing scorecard. 
    Proactively communicates performance highlights to key stakeholders and regularly updates key stakeholders on marketing plans and performance 
    Builds trusting relationships with physicians and hospital leadership teams. 
    Works with physician marketing, communications, business development leaders in executing integration efforts at the market level.
    Develops a local strategy for community engagement and directs the process for driving executional excellence and reporting of results.  Community engagement efforts can include seminars/screenings/events/sponsorships. 
    Works with the home office team to accurately plan and track the marketing budget.
    Oversees the local activation of all physician marketing plans for the medical group and actively coaches the physician marketing manager.
    Leads and mentors the local marketing team
