Job description

We are looking for an experienced senior delivery leader to guide a high-visibility website launch for a global organization in Ohio. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who can bring structure, urgency, and sound judgment to a complex digital program with many moving parts. The role will oversee execution across content preparation, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and launch readiness to help deliver a strong enterprise web experience on schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Direct the full program plan for the enterprise website launch, coordinating milestones from initial planning through final release.
• Lead the content readiness effort by organizing audits, classification, creation, localization, and migration activities so the site launches without missing materials.
• Drive decision-making across marketing, technology, product, regional teams, and executive stakeholders to maintain progress and resolve competing priorities.
• Manage external agencies, localization providers, and implementation partners to keep deliverables aligned with timeline, quality, and business goals.
• Establish governance routines that surface risks early, remove obstacles, and keep cross-functional teams focused on key launch outcomes.
• Coordinate regional review and approval processes while accounting for local compliance expectations, translation needs, and market-specific considerations.
• Oversee launch preparation activities such as quality validation, redirect planning, SEO checks, rollback readiness, and day-of-launch coordination.
• Track schedules, dependencies, and program deliverables with clear reporting that supports leadership visibility and timely escalation when needed.• Proven experience leading at least two large-scale corporate website launches or platform transitions for enterprise organizations with extensive page counts and multi-market scope.
• Strong background managing content migration programs, including audit planning, classification, production workflows, and localization coordination.
• Familiarity with modern digital platforms, including composable or headless CMS environments and related system integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate numerous internal stakeholders and outside vendors while maintaining control of timelines and priorities.
• Experience working within global organizations that require regional approvals, compliance oversight, and varied stakeholder structures.
• Track record of delivering fixed-deadline initiatives where schedule discipline and launch quality are both critical.
• Practical knowledge of SEO migration considerations, URL mapping, redirect strategy, and methods for minimizing regression at launch.
• Strong leadership, planning, operational, and communication skills with the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
