Job description

Marketplace Growth Manager
Soni's client is seeking a Marketplace Growth Manager to drive growth across TikTok Shop, Amazon (including international marketplaces), and major retailer eCommerce channels including Walmart.com, Target.com, CVS.com, and Kroger.com. This role owns marketplace strategy, content optimization, merchandising, performance analysis, and cross-functional execution to maximize revenue and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop marketplace growth strategies that increase traffic, conversion, and revenue across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and retailer-owned eCommerce channels.
  • Optimize product listings, merchandising, SEO, and digital content while partnering with creative teams and external agencies.
  • Manage international marketplace expansion, including content localization and marketplace execution.
  • Partner with marketing, creator teams, operations, supply chain, and sales to support promotions, inventory planning, and product launches.
  • Analyze marketplace performance, including sales, conversion, Buy Box, inventory, and advertising metrics, and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Develop promotional calendars, retail media strategies, and merchandising plans.
  • Build relationships with marketplace partners and manage agency performance.
  • Create dashboards and present marketplace insights and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications:
  • Experience managing Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, and other major eCommerce marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace operations, merchandising, catalog management, fulfillment, and retail media.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, operations, and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using marketplace data to drive growth.
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
