We are seeking a Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to support and lead our care team at our Gateway community. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring high-quality care delivery, supporting staff, and maintaining operational excellence within our Assisted Living neighborhood.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
  • Oversee daily care operations to ensure high-quality resident services
  • Supervise, schedule, and support caregivers and medication technicians
  • Partner closely with the Health & Wellness Director (HWD) on care delivery and staffing needs
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with care plans, policies, and state regulations
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and coaching of care staff
  • Support resident assessments and service plan implementation
  • Address day-to-day care concerns and escalate clinical issues appropriately
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented environment aligned with Charter's mission

  • Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred (Lead Caregiver, Med Tech Lead, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of resident care, ADLs, and medication support
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage schedules, staffing needs, and team performance
