Principle Purpose of Job

The Maintenance Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and proper functioning of all ranch facilities, property, and equipment. They will assist in providing the best possible experience for our guests and fellow staff by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks with exceptional attention to detail and efficiency.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team to complete HotSOS requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform upkeep and repairs across all Ranch properties.
  • Conduct plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting tasks as assigned.ย 
  • Maintain cleanliness and security of all areas.
  • Complete work orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in emergency coverage.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
  • Support team projects.
  • Other duties as requested by Director of Facilities to ensure optimal guest experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 -2 years of maintenance experience required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Have ability to stand for long periods of time and able to lift/carry 50+ lbs.
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Should be outgoing and friendly, enjoy working with the public. Work well alone or with other team members. Be flexible to the needs of the department and the Ranch. All Maintenance personnel should have a professional appearance and are identified by Ranch logo uniforms.


Compensation Description:

$24.00 - 27.00/hr Competitive pay commensurate with education and experience. This is a full-time position with an expectation of working 40 hours a week on average.

Due to the nature of our 24-hour operation, there is no guaranteed work schedule. Managers will try to accommodate specific schedule requests, but they are never guaranteed if business volume prohibits.ย
