Ranch Handyman / Crew Supervisor (Full-Time, Long-Term)

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on, full-time Ranch Handyman / Crew Supervisor to oversee and work alongside our property and ranch crew. This is a long-term position for someone dependable, responsible, and ready to become an integral part of our operations.

The crew maintains multiple ranch and residential propertiesโ€”handling landscaping, pool maintenance, and general upkeep. As the supervisor, you will both lead the team and perform skilled handyman tasks yourself.

Responsibilities

โ—ย ย ย ย  Supervise and coordinate daily tasks for the ranch/property crew

โ—ย ย ย ย  Perform general handyman repairs, including:

โ—‹ย ย ย ย  Basic plumbing (toilet/sink replacement, unclogging pipes, small fixes)

โ—‹ย ย ย ย  Basic framing, carpentry, and light welding
ย 

โ—‹ย ย ย ย  Pool and yard equipment maintenance

โ—ย ย ย ย  Assist with landscaping, tree planting, lawn care, and property upkeep as needed
