OceanView at Falmouth is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Nurse (RN or LPN) to support our Memory Care community.

This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy providing compassionate dementia care while maintaining a flexible weekend schedule. Our supportive leadership team, strong staffing ratios, and home-like environment allow nurses to focus on meaningful care and relationship-building with residents and families.

Position Summary

The Weekend Nurse (RN/LPN) provides skilled nursing care and clinical oversight while promoting resident safety, comfort, and well-being. This role supports consistent, high-quality care throughout weekend shifts.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
  • Monitor resident status and communicate changes as needed
  • Support care staff and promote teamwork during weekend shifts
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Maintain clear communication with residents, families, and the care team
Requirements:Job Requirements

Education

  • Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or Diploma in Nursing required

Licenses & Certifications

  • Current Maine nursing license as an RN or LPN required
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain within one month of hire
  • Valid Maine driver’s license
