Our state-of-the-art facilities use a science-based approach in all echo-friendly cleaning and sanitizing protocols, and our professionally trained staff provides a fun and safe environment for all our four-legged guests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Our mission is to provide the highest level of fun, safety, and comfort to our canine and feline guests, as well as world-class service and convenience to our pet parents!

We are urgently seeking hard-working, self-motivated, and passionate dog lovers to join our professional behind-the-scenes squad!! Our educationally based salon offers everything from nail trims and baths to full-service hair cutting! We also offer luxury spa services such as Lemon & Sea Salt Baths, Fur Masks, Coconut Oil Silk Treatment, and Temporary Pet Tattoos! All our bathers are sent through comprehensive hands-on training and provided a continued education as breed standards evolve in the industry. As a Wag Bather, you will be responsible for performing all the bathing services offered by Wag Hotels, which include baths, brush-outs, de-matting, drying, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, nail trimming, and anal gland expression. In addition, you will also be responsible for keeping the bathing salon clean and organized. We offer a friendly, welcoming, work environment and a strong team of passionate dog lovers! We are seeking reliable individuals that have a positive attitude, good work ethic, and a willingness to roll up the sleeves and get dirty!

We need individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with will breeds, sizes, and coat conditions. Bathers in our company are a key role in our team and represent the front line of our business. An ideal candidate would be a genuine dog lover, pay excellent attention to detail, view teamwork and reliability as an important part of job success, and value career growth.

Qualifications:

Professional Bathing experience Preferred

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.

Mandatory availability on Weekends and Holidays

Ability to handle all breeds and sizes of dogs

Work in a standing position for long periods of time

Reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift 50 lbs.
