Summary

The Ranch Hand supports daily ranch operations through general labor, groundskeeping, and landscaping. This role assists with maintaining ranch facilities, transporting supplies across multiple locations, and operating equipment to ensure the property is safe, functional, and well-maintained.


Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

  • Perform general labor, landscaping, and groundskeeping tasks across the ranch property.
  • Assist with maintenance and repair projects as needed.
  • Transport supplies and materials between ranch venues using a ranch vehicle or utility ranger.
  • Operate equipment such as tractors, skid steers, mowers, and other tools.
  • Support ranch operations including fencing, irrigation, and livestock-related tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of work areas and equipment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines.

What You’ll Bring

  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Experience operating tractors, skid steers, and similar equipment.
  • Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Hands-on experience with irrigation systems, fencing, and livestock handling preferred.
  • Familiarity with ranch equipment and maintenance tools.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
