Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in business litigation, including trial experience. At Roetzel, we pride ourselves on fostering a dynamic work environment that encourages professional growth and development. Minimum requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in business litigation.
  • Ability to review and analyze a myriad of legal issues.
  • Exceptional research and writing skills.
  • Draft complaints, manage discovery and conduct depositions.
  • Experience in E-discovery software Relativity or RelativityOne is highly desirable.
  • Experience using AI legal tools Westlaw CoCounsel and CoPilot is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and desire for professional development.
  • Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently while using sound judgment in decision-making
  • Ability to manage relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Member of the Ohio Bar in good standing
