Job description

We are looking for a line cook with experience to join our team! Must prove to have cooking experience, as a line cook, restaurant cook or prep cook. Must have general knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, use of equipment and proper procedures.
Line cook duties will consist of these daily tasks: 
Set up and stocking stations with all the necessary supplies. 
Prepare food for service: chopping vegetables, marinating meats or preparing sauces. 
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. 
Answer, report and follow directions. 
Keep all work stations clean and sanitized. Ensure that all food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely manner. 
Must have a good attitude and able to work well with others. Starting pay will be based on experience and knowledge. Part time position available, looking for someone who can work Wednesday PM shift, 4pm-closing.
