Job description

Vistas Law Group, LLP is seeking a professional and organized Legal Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced legal environment while providing excellent client service.
Responsibilities
Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
Manage attorney calendars, appointments, and deadlines
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
File legal documents with courts
Maintain and organize client files and records
Answer phones and direct calls professionally
Assist with scheduling meetings and consultations
Process incoming and outgoing mail and emails
Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed
Qualifications
Prior legal secretary or administrative experience preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Excellent research skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Experience with court filing systems is a plus
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
