ADB is seeking a Legal Coordinator to provide administrative support within the Legal Department. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative technical skills, possess a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, be deadline and goal driven with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides administrative support to the Legal department including meeting coordination, drafting contracts, preparing legal documents, coordinating due diligence efforts, etc. Has full understanding of all functions under the Legal department with the ability to serve as the first point-of-contact for internal inquiries and escape as needed Supports legal research efforts by compiling data, organizing internal resources, coordinating external resources, and presenting on findings Manages all legal files and documents; requires basic understanding of document retention best practices with the ability to audit and update files on a quarterly basis Supports department leadership on various initiatives related to compliance, strategy, scorecards/KPI's, etc.through project plan administration, monitoring progress, and communicating deadlines or project updates Ability to present in a professional and engaging way to effectively train and educate team members Supports and contributes to culture initiatives by participating in culture events and encouraging participation across the company Provides mid-level assistance to executive leadership; includes complex and confidential administrative duties, special project implementation and coordination, performance tracking, reporting, scheduling, etc. Performs other duties as assigned SUCCESS FACTORS: A strong belief in ZERO- Being Safe 100% of the time is the expectation Alignment with company mission, vision, and values A high level of customer centricity Strong work ethic with an ALL-IN attitude Strong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team members Ability to perform in a fast paced/high volume environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills A high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skills Ability to be organized, problem solve, and be solution oriented Self-motivated, goal- oriented, and driven to accomplish department goals Ability to present in front of various sized audiences Highly-customer centric and master relationship builder High level of professionalism and confidentiality Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) WORK ENVIRONMENT: Corporate headquarters is located at: 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069 This position operates out of a temperature-controlled office environment This position may be required to use standard office equipment such as phones, computers, printers, etc. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: 3+ year of administrative support experience required High School Diploma or equivalent required The starting pay for this position is $23.00/hr. and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
