Paramount Legal is seeking an experienced Legal Billing Specialist to join an International law firm with an office in Midtown.

Qualifications

If you have a strong background in law firm billing and a passion for accuracy and efficiency, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of legal billing experience in a law firm setting
  • Proficiency with legal billing software (Aderant preferred)
  • Experience with Proforma generation and edits
  • Electronic billing (e-billing) and vendor portal experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum 3+ years)
  • Demonstrated job stability and professionalism
