LOCATION: This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Irvine office located at 7700 Irvine Center Drive, Suite 450, Irvine, CA.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Lexitas is seeking a client-focused Account Manager to cultivate long-term relationships with law firm clients and ensure exceptional service delivery. In this fast-paced, high-growth environment, you'll serve as the trusted point of contact for attorneys and their teams, managing a dedicated book of business and ensuring all case requests and record needs are met with urgency, accuracy, and professionalism. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage and provide oversight for a dedicated book of client accounts
  • Deliver bi-weekly case status updates and proactively communicate with clients
  • Handle inbound client orders and requests, ensuring prompt, same-day resolution
  • Verify identity of individuals requesting medical records and ensure secure record handling
  • Coordinate with medical and legal offices on status updates and document requests
  • Troubleshoot client concerns, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality across all medical record processes
  • Track and report client feedback, satisfaction trends, and escalated issues to leadership
  • Manage a small number of high-priority client orders directly
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support team and client success

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment
  • Exceptional communication skills-written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
  • Creative problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to client needs
  • Comfortable navigating legal documents such as subpoenas and affidavits (a plus)
  • Service-first mentality with the agility to adapt in a fast-evolving workplace
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and general digital tools

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service or account management role
  • Prior experience in legal services or medical record management is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multi-function, multi-location teams
  • Excellent attendance, punctuality, and professional presence

This role is not a supervisor position.
