Job description

ooking for a position with variety where you’re not stuck behind a desk all day? We’re looking for a professional, friendly, and caring Leasing Consultant to join a busy apartment community!

This is an interactive role that offers a great mix of office work, resident interaction, and getting out of the office to conduct apartment and community tours.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist prospective residents
  • Conduct apartment and community tours
  • Answer leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects
  • Assist with applications, leases, and general administrative duties
  • Provide support to the Property Manager
  • Interact with current residents and assist with their needs
  • Help keep the leasing office organized and running smoothly
