We are seeking an Experienced Leasing Consultant for a temporary assignment in the Loveland area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can bring energy, expertise, and professionalism to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Show and lease apartments to prospective tenants
  • Guide prospective tenants through the application process, ensuring all steps are completed accurately
  • Ensure full knowledge and compliance with fair housing regulations and leasing policies
  • Build strong relationships with residents and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with the property management team to meet leasing goals
  • Conduct property tours, prepare leasing paperwork, and follow up on leads

Qualifications:

  • Previous Leasing Experience is a MUST
  • Strong understanding and experience with Fair Housing Laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
