As part of Schwab’s AI Strategy & Transformation team (AI.x), you’ll join the central hub for Artificial Intelligence across the company. AI.x brings together product, engineering, strategy, and risk specialists to set enterprise AI vision, invest in transformative opportunities, and accelerate delivery organization-wide. Our team builds the scalable core platform for AI and explores next-generation GenAI initiatives that redefine client experiences.

As a Program Manager supporting AI Fluency, you will help build the knowledge, skills, and confidence employees need to effectively and responsibly leverage artificial intelligence across Schwab. Working at the intersection of learning, instructional design, content strategy, and enterprise capability building, you will design and develop scalable learning experiences that transform complex AI concepts into practical, role-based solutions. You will partner with subject matter experts, governance teams, learning professionals, and business leaders to create engaging content that supports continuous learning and measurable business impact. This role requires strong analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills to continuously evolve content, respond to changing business needs, and ensure employees can effectively apply AI capabilities in their daily work while operating within responsible-use expectations.

What you have

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, learning strategy, enterprise capability building, content program management, or related disciplines
  • 10+ years of experience developing learning programs, content, or curricula for large organizations
  • Experience leading end-to-end content development initiatives from concept through delivery
  • Experience translating technical, emerging, or complex topics into role-based learning experiences
  • Experience partnering with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to develop educational content
  • Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deliverables simultaneously
  • Experience measuring learning effectiveness and using feedback to enhance educational programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in Learning Program Design to create scalable and engaging learning experiences
  • Strong Instructional Strategies capabilities that support adult learners and varied learning modalities
  • Experience leveraging Generative AI or Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts within learning or business environments
  • Demonstrated Content Strategy and Content Design skills to create high-quality educational materials
  • Strong Communication and storytelling abilities to simplify complex concepts for broad audiences
  • Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and applying Knowledge Management practices
  • Proven Project Management skills supporting content development and delivery roadmaps
  • Ability to use Cross-Functional Collaboration to build alignment across learning, governance, and business teams
  • Experience evaluating content performance using Metrics Management or related analytical approaches
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Experience with learning management systems or enterprise learning platforms
