What you'll do:
Position Summary:
The Program Manager, Learning Operations serves as the owner of the learning intake framework, governance model, and supporting tools that enable consistent and scalable management of training demand across QXO.
The role is responsible for designing, maintaining, and overseeing the intake process and decision framework that guides how work is assessed and routed based on complexity, priority, and capacity. This role does not directly determine outcomes, but ensures that the system, criteria, and workflows are functioning effectively, consistently, and transparently.
This role brings structure, visibility, and execution discipline across both instructional design and content production. In addition, it plays a key role in supporting M&A integration by translating acquired learning content, systems, and programs into structured execution plans aligned with enterprise standards.
Intake & Governance
  • Own the end-to-end intake framework and tools for all training requests
  • Maintain the decision framework guiding routing by complexity, priority, and capacity
  • Ensure consistent execution with clear escalation paths and governance

Program Management & Execution
  • Translate learning demand into structured execution plans
  • Manage timelines, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Track delivery against strategic objectives and commitments

Decision Framework Ownership
  • Design and continuously refine the intake decision tree and routing logic
  • Ensure criteria are clearly defined, documented, and applied consistently
  • Monitor effectiveness and recommend improvements based on outcomes

M&A Learning Integration
  • Assess incoming learning content, systems, and programs from acquisitions
  • Develop integration roadmaps aligned to QXO standards and priorities
  • Coordinate execution across L&D, HRIS, and shared services

PMO Alignment & Tooling
  • Leverage HR Operations PMO tools, including Monday.com
  • Implement and maintain workflows, SLAs, and tracking mechanisms
  • Provide reporting on intake, throughput, and delivery performance

Stakeholder Partnership
  • Serve as interface between HR Operations, L&D, and business stakeholders
  • Partner closely with L&D leadership to support strategic priorities
  • Drive clarity on processes, roles, and expectations across the operating model

Success Measures:
  • Clear visibility and control over enterprise learning demand
  • Consistent and effective operation of the intake and governance model
  • Improved speed, throughput, and predictability of training delivery
  • Effective routing of work based on complexity and business impact
  • Successful integration of acquired learning programs and content
