Job Description

We're seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Business Systems team. This role blends project coordination with hands-on platform support across Microsoft-based tools, including Azure DevOps, Outlook/Teams, OneNote, AI-assisted meeting tools, and Microsoft Dynamics. This role reports to the VP of Business Systems.

This role is centered around DevOps/helpdesk tracking, meeting scheduling and documentation, stakeholder coordination, and administrative support across CRM/Customer Engagement, Dynamics Finance & Operations, our Learning Management System, and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Azure DevOps and helpdesk tracking for internal projects; collect initial requirements, monitor action items, status updates, and milestone progress.
  • Coordinate Outlook/Teams meetings, manage logistics, keep meeting notes, follow-up on tasks, and organize documentation.
  • Support with tracking and coordination of Microsoft Finance and Operations Licenses.
  • Support AI-assisted meetings by using Teams/Copilot recap capabilities to help organize summaries and action items for follow-up.
  • Provide administrative and functional support in Microsoft Dynamics and related platforms, including user setups and tickets.
  • Assist with managing consultant budgets, schedules, task tracking, and follow-up.
  • Support departments across the company with our Learning Management System, including the preparation and loading of content.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to communicate updates, support project follow-through, and help keep department work moving smoothly. 
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, business systems support, operations support, or a similar role with both administrative and technical responsibilities.
  • Strong organization, communication, and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects/documentation on track.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps or similar tracking tools, and enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics preferred.

Salary Range: $58,000-$70,000
