Job Summary

As a Center Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for beauty, strong leadership skills, and a drive to exceed goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
  • Drive center performance through sales goalsmembership growth, and guest retention
  • Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in retail sales managementspa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
  • Strong sales background preferred
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Established history of managing multiple direct reports
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence
