Partner Success & Market Development Manager - Senior Living

Savoy Life

Spokane, WA โ€ข On-site

$85K - $100K/yr

Full-time

Re-posted 6 days ago

Job description

Savoy Life is a technology-enabled healthcare services startup focused on making healthcare work for seniors and their caregivers. We exist because the senior population is exploding, medical spend is already out of control, and poorly coordinated care is wasting tens of billions of dollars every year. At the same time, the two resources we need most to address this problem - caregivers and primary care providers - are stretched thinner than ever.
Savoy aims to make aging better by restoring agency to seniors and integrating caregiving into the heart of healthcare to allow seniors to spend more quality days at home - and fewer days in the hospital. Today, this includes going into individual homes as well as partnering with senior living communities to coordinate and manage clinical gaps for these seniors, their caregivers, and the care ecosystem. Savoy deploys a team of clinical experts both in-person and virtually paired with proprietary technology to drive clinical outcomes - without disrupting the current care.
Job Overview:
Savoy Life is seeking a healthcare relationship and growth-focused Partner Success & Market Development Manager to drive senior engagement, provide customer success support with existing customers, build a care network, and drive growth with new customers. This is a hybrid role including field work to directly engage the staff and seniors inside senior living communities as well as through other referral sources such as home health, hospice, hospitals, and beyond. Additionally, this role includes building and engaging with other community partners (such as primary care provider groups and healthcare brokers) bridging this gap with these resources and the local Savoy clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Development
    • Meet and exceed set business development targets with senior living communities as well as developing a referral network to drive senior engagement via other settings (such as individual homes, adult family homes, etc.) in your region
    • Utilize cold calling, in-person drop-ins, and other prospecting techniques to identify and obtain new customers and referrals
    • Develop and sustain a strong brand for Savoy Life in the market through attending, hosting, presenting at local events and more
    • For senior living community customers, support a smooth transition from contracting through launch
    • Maintain documentation hygiene by activities and contacts in Savoy's CRM platform and other technologies
  • Patient Engagement
    • Drive patient engagement with seniors by deploying an array of strategies to obtain consents from seniors and Power of Attorney
  • Partner Success / Account Management
    • Develop a trusted relationship with customers to support their current and anticipated needs including the Executive Director, Marketing/Sales Director and Health & Wellness Director
    • Conduct business reviews with the customers' leadership teams by leveraging data and reporting to share progress, align on goals, and identify growth opportunities
    • Drive high renewal rates through early risk identification, intervention, escalation and mitigation
    • Be a thought leader and provide insights, recommendations and best practices to your accounts
    • Identify and develop relationships with local primary care provider groups, healthcare brokers, and other healthcare organizations to enhance and complement the clinical team's patient care work

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of healthcare experience in customer success and sales/growth
  • Experience in working with or in senior living facilities and the geriatric space
  • Winning record for building and maintaining strong relationships as well as exceeding sales targets
  • Purpose-driven with a positive attitude to contribute towards a strong culture and passionate about improving senior living
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to build structure while adapting to new processes as the role and organization evolve
  • Ability to work autonomously while also being a collaborative team player

Compensation: $85,000-$100,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience, skills, and other factors.
We're an Equal Opportunity Employer: You'll receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sex, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or on the basis of disability.
