As our Learning & Development Coordinator, you'll provide essential support to the Talent Development team, ensuring smooth operations of learning programs, technology platforms, grant administration, and bilingual communications. You'll serve as the operational backbone of L&D initiatives, empowering our diverse workforce to succeed.

What You'll Do
Administer the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Maintain course content, enroll learners, and set up new courses
  • Run reports on participation and completion rates
  • Address user issues and provide system support
  • Monitor data accuracy
  • Perform quarterly system functionality testing

Administer Workforce Development Grants
  • Identify and recommend grant opportunities for construction training
  • Assist with grant application preparation and assemble required documentation
  • Monitor and document grant-funded activities and maintain compliance records
  • Maintain organized records of grant deliverables and reporting deadlines

Coordinate Scheduling & Logistics
  • Schedule training sessions, workshops, and meetings
  • Maintain and update the master learning calendar
  • Arrange logistics including rooms, equipment, and catering

Develop Bilingual Communications
  • Draft and distribute learning communications in English and Spanish
  • Translate materials, course descriptions, and resources
  • Review communications for accuracy, accessibility, and brand consistency
