Prime Communications is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver practical training that strengthens sales execution, employee readiness, and the customer experience across the organization. This role partners with field sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals and performance gaps into engaging, measurable training.

The ideal candidate is energized by a performance-driven sales culture, adapts quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders and field leaders to identify training requirements, skill gaps, and sales performance opportunities.
  • Partner with sales, compliance, IT, and operations to align training to business objectives.
  • Build interactive e-learning modules in Articulate Rise using sound instructional design methods (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, microlearning).
  • Use AI tools to speed up content development and course updates.
  • Build and maintain AI-driven trainer agents - such as roleplay/coaching bots or on-demand Q&A assistants - for field coaching and support.
  • Develop and maintain training on sales strategy, product/systems knowledge, and compliance.
  • Keep all training materials and AI agents current as products, systems, policies, and business priorities change.
  • Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual sessions for groups of 10-50, including roleplays, practice, feedback, and coaching that build confidence in customer-facing sales situations.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using measures such as ramp time, sales productivity, behavior adoption, knowledge retention, and field leader feedback; use findings to recommend improvements.

  • Familiarity with instructional design methods (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, microlearning) and adult learning principles.
  • Experience conducting needs assessments to identify training gaps.
