The manager fosters continuous improvement by promoting best practices and supporting associate development through coaching and mentoring. Upholding company policies and ethical standards, this position drives operational excellence and contributes to a culture of accountability, adaptability, and sustained organizational growth.

The Walmart Academy Home Office Strategy and Content Team develops and implements learning strategies that drive measurable behavior change aligned with business priorities. They set standards for creating behavior-based, instructionally sound, and accessible content at scale. This team manages content development from ideation to delivery, collaborating closely with business partners and internal teams. Their efforts ensure consistent, high-quality learning experiences that support organizational goals and enhance performance across the company. The team’s focus on stakeholder engagement and performance management fosters effective learning solutions that advance Walmart’s mission and operational success.
What you'll do:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support learning and development initiatives aligned with business needs.
  • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of complex training programs and performance support tools.
