Learning & DevelopmentCoordinator

The Learning and Development Coordinator is instrumental in advancing Devon Energy's learning and talent development strategy by delivering comprehensivelogistical,administrative,andoperational support to the L&D function. This roleis responsible forensuring the effective planning, implementation,and execution of development programs and enterprise-wide learning initiatives that strengthen employee capability and organizational effectiveness.

This position islocatedon-site at our headquarters in Houston, Texas.Monday-Thursday with Flex Fridays.

Learning Management System (LMS) Support

  • Configures andmaintainsprograms, campaigns, and coursesin theWorkday LMS

  • Providestimelyandaccuratereporting on training activitiesrecorded in the LMS:attendance, completion rates, and other key metrics to support the organization's measurement and reporting strategies

  • Addressesuser issues and providestimelysystem support

  • Monitorsdata accuracy

Program Support

  • Assistsin coordinating end-to-end learning programs, from scheduling to evaluation,to ensure seamless execution

  • Provideslogistical support for virtual and live training sessions, workshops, and events

  • Servesas the point of contact forL&Dcommunications

  • Managesandmaintainscontent libraries,master L&Dcalendar, andprint and digitalL&Dmaterials

  • Managesvendor partnerships -coordinates and administers contracts, service agreements, and vendor relationships forexternaltraining and development services

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of2yearsofexperienceinL&D orLMS administration

  • PriorWorkday Learning experience preferred

  • Ability tomanageprioritiesand work independently or collaboratively

  • Strong problem solver with ability to manage multiple deadlines

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including spelling and grammar

  • Proficientwith Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)

  • Experience in the oil & gas industry is a plus

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degreerequired, preferably in human resources, or a related field

Travel Requirements

Percent of Travel Required:10%
