Job description

General Summary
Responsible for planning, developing, and executing employee training and leadership development initiatives that meet the learning needs of BioBridge Global and its subsidiaries. Will assist with assessing internal customer needs, writing training curriculum, designing classroom or eLearning solutions, and evaluating effectiveness of training programs. Will participate in cross-functional training projects and offer guidance to business units with respect to learning and development matters. Will provide recommendations for continuous improvement of training processes.

Provide world class customer service by capturing and being responsive to the voice of the customer (internal or external, including donors for select positions) through multiple feedback channels in order to resolve issues and drive satisfaction in accordance with the BBG customer engagement, feedback, and complaint processes.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Tasks
• Assess learning needs of internal customers and recommend appropriate training solutions. Develop training objectives, curriculum, instructional strategies, and relevant communication.
• Quickly synthesize and write course content based on input from subject matter experts, written materials, previous training courses, interviews, etc.

• Facilitate In-Person and Virtual Learning Experiences.
• Research, develop, and implement learning programs and solutions that facilitate the achievement of strategic business objectives.
• Responsible for assigning training, developing learning programs, and managing training records in the Learning Management System.
• Maintain adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), regulatory requirements, and all company policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of subject matter.
• Write SOPs and training guidelines/work instructions.
• Operate audio-visual equipment and organize meeting setup.
• Provides training for organizational projects and initiatives.
• Maintain a close working relationship with Human Resources management and other departmental staff.
• Provide assistance to HR or other departments as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education
Required Minimum Education
Requires a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
Licenses and/or Certifications
• Valid United States Driver's License

• Requires three or more years of experience in learning and development to include:
• Facilitating training sessions for adult learners.
• Designing and developing curriculum and instructional materials.
• Developing engaging learning experiences across multiple delivery methods (eg., instructor-led, eLearning, and blended learning)
Experience Exception to Education
Knowledge
• Must understand Instructional Design Models.
• Must understand Adult Learning Theory.
• Must understand how learning connects to broader business goals.
• Must maintain knowledge of and perform according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.
• Must maintain familiarity with regulatory/quality compliance of FDA, EU, ISO, OSHA, etc.
Skills
• Must demonstrate skills related to Instructional Design Proficiency.
• Must be able to facilitate and ensure delivery of Instructor-Led Training (in-person and virtual).
• Must be able to conduct a needs assessment to identify performance gaps and recommend targeted solutions.
• Must be able to utilize learning technology to design engaging eLearning experiences such as Vyond, Articulate Rise, and Storyline.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization and present ideas.
• Must be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
• Must be able to operate audio/visual equipment.
• Must be able to measure training effectiveness and use insights to continuously improve.
• Must have experience using Microsoft Office applications , Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Must be capable of developing adult learning curricula.
• Must be capable of operating motor vehicles in all types of weather conditions.
