 Pay Range: $110,000 to $118,000

YOUR ROLE

The Talent Development & Learning (TD&L) Manager is responsible for defining and deploying CEVA's regional TD&L strategy across the U.S. and Canada, in close alignment with global programs and business priorities. The role supports performance and culture enablement, develops current and future talents with solid solutions based on strong trainings path and also creative "on the job" solutions. He/She contributes to building a strong and sustainable leadership pipeline for CEVA USA /Canada

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Learning Strategy & Delivery

  • Translate global L&D strategy into a NORTAM roadmap aligned with business priorities
  • Deploy leadership, management, behavioral, and functional learning solutions with high impact.
  • Ensure consistent, high quality delivery of learning initiatives across USA & Canada.

Talent, Performance & Culture Enablement

  • Support key HR processes such as onboarding, people review, talent development, and individual development planning.
  • Promote a culture of continuous development and shared ownership between managers and employees.
  • Contribute to CEVA's ambition to develop all potential and strengthen leadership pipelines.

Development & Learning Governance & Impact

  • Lead and animate the local / regional Development & Learning community.
  • Ensure learning activities are properly tracked and reported in CEVA learning systems.
  • Ensure development actions/ career discussions, mapping are properly tracked in MyHR
  • Monitor learning effectiveness, collect feedback, and continuously improve programs using data and insights.
  • Partner with internal and external providers to deliver high quality learning experiences

Business & HR Partnership

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify capability gaps and define learning priorities.
  • Act as the L&D point of contact for Usa/Canada leadership and HRBP community
  • Be a support to develop HiPos and Key Enablers through actionable learning solutions especially during People Review but also along the employee journey.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

          Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or HR roles.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Project management to roll out Global initiatives/ program
  • Know how to facilitate a training
  • Able to assess and select vendors
  • Communication skills
  • Pragmatic and Service Oriented
