Join our Team as a Business Development Program Coordinator in Sugar Land, TX!

The Business Development Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, executing, monitoring, and

optimizing Business Development programs, community engagement initiatives, and outreach efforts that support organizational growth and brand awareness.  This role helps drive audience engagement, strengthen community relationships, and expand market presence through the curation and management of new/assigned programs, campaigns, and digital engagement initiatives. Responsibilities include program coordination, community engagement, reputation management support, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams as it pertains to Business Development (BD) needs.

Our Administrative Support team members play a vital role in advancing our mission to make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. Every team member at ABS Kids is passionate about providing best in class support to our direct care team, who in turn deliver the highest quality ABA therapy to our clients.

Compensation and Benefits:

You Will:

  • Monitor social channels for engagement opportunities, trends, and potential issues
  • Provide recommendations to improve program effectiveness and market presence
  • Manage assigned social media groups by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
  • Full cycle development, implementation and management of assigned campaigns and projects that support Business Development needs
  • Responsible for organization, reporting and coordination of assigned campaigns and projects, such as Toddler Time
  • Consistent collaboration with internal teams (e.g., Design, Marketing, PR, Social Media) for assigned BD projects
  • Manage BD department calendar
  • Coordinate influencer and partnership outreach if and when applicable
  • Manager internal communication, support, and development of online responses to client reviews from clients in coordination with corporate compliance input
  • Support social media-related events or live coverage as needed.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, project management, social media, content creation, marketing or digital marketing
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Fluency in with CRM systems and marketing platforms, such as HubSpot
  • Communicate clearly, write well, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Juggle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Have basic design or video editing skills (Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus)
