  • Stay up to date on software updates, new features, and industry best practices and integrate them into training programs.
  • Handle administrative logistics: scheduling, communications, materials preparation, calendar coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Provide additional OpEx learning support as needed to drive the department's roadmap.

What You Need to Bring

  • Strong familiarity with construction/project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) and a willingness to learn emerging tools.
  • Experience administering an LMS (content uploads, user management, reporting).
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills - comfortable engaging both office and field staff.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel to job sites for on-site training or needs assessments.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for Florida travel.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, Construction Management, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
