We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Coordinator (BDC) to join our team at our Ford dealership in Cudahy, WI. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives on achieving goals, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a key member of our sales support team, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers—helping to connect them with the right vehicles and ensuring every interaction reflects the Ewald standard of care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Call, text, and email customers who’ve shown interest in our vehicles
  • Set and confirm sales appointments
  • Prospect out to targeted customers we’ve identified (don’t worry, we’ll show you how)
  • Keep notes updated in our CRM so the team can follow along
  • Support the sales managers with follow-up campaigns and outbound efforts

What We’re Looking For:

  • Friendly and confident on the phone
  • Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
  • Reliable and organized—you follow through
  • Someone who likes talking to people and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone
  • Sales or service experience is a plus, but not required
