Position Overview

The Director of Economic Development will oversee all initiatives related to securing and managing financial incentives that drive the companyโ€™s expansion, capital investment, and longโ€‘term growth. Serving as the organizationโ€™s lead representative to public and private economic development entities, this individual will develop strategies to identify, evaluate, and execute incentive opportunities while ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations and agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison with municipal, regional, and state economic development organizations within the companyโ€™s multiโ€‘state service area.
  • Cultivate productive partnerships with government officials, community leaders, agencies, developers, and business stakeholders.
