  • Design monthly development experiences that combine formal learning, peer cohorts, book studies, coaching, reflection, and application.
  • Conduct individual development conversations with leaders focused on development goals, self-awareness, habit-building, and applying learning to their roles.
  • Create discussion guides and talking points for peer cohorts and leader-led sessions.
  • Plan and coordinate learning experiences delivered through e-learning, workshops, speakers, and senior leader-led sessions.
  • Help leaders connect learning to real work through application activities, challenges, and reflection.

Project Management:

  • Manage timelines for recurring learning initiatives, such as monthly driver Scorecard training, ensuring content is developed, reviewed, and ready for launch.
  • Support the ongoing development of career and development tools, including PTI's Compass, our competency model.
  • Manage multiple learning projects from concept through design, development, and launch, coordinating subject matter experts, internal content creators, leaders, and external partners to keep projects on schedule.

  • Monitor participation and feedback to improve future programs.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

  • Stay current on instructional design, adult learning, and emerging learning technologies.
  • Evaluate learning programs and resources to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in business reviews and project check-ins with learning technology and content partners.
  • Recommend new approaches, content and technologies that improve the employee learning experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
