About this Position

Oklahoma State University is a nationally recognized land-grant institution serving more than 35,000 students across a five-campus system. Housing & Residential Life, a department within the Division of Student Affairs, provides a safe, inclusive, and engaging living experience for more than 7000 beds while supporting learning, citizenship, and community through its Four E Model: Engage, Educate, Embrace, and Empower.

The Coordinator for Student Support is a full-time professional staff member who leads the residential conduct process and promotes a culture of accountability, learning, and student well-being. This position ensures the fair and consistent administration of the residential conduct process in accordance with the Oklahoma State University Student Code of Conduct and Housing & Residential Life policies. The Coordinator partners with campus stakeholders to support student success, develop residence life staff, and foster an inclusive residential community where students can learn, grow, and thrive.

Required Qualifications
  • Master's

    Higher Education, College Student Personnel, Human Sciences, or a related field

    (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
  • One year experience with residential education programs or equivalent curriculum knowledge. Experience working with college student population.

Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:

Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:

Strong understanding of student learning and development; experience using knowledge of student learning and development to develop strategies to foster co-curricular learning in the residence halls guided by student learning outcomes.
