Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and collaborative Employee Success Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role plays a key part in shaping the employee experience by coordinating onboarding, supporting integration efforts for acquired teams, and advancing learning and career development initiatives across the organization.

This position partners closely with supervisors and leadership to help employees understand their career paths, access development opportunities, and successfully integrate into the firm. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Integration

  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a consistent, positive experience
  • Coordinate onboarding and integration activities throughout the acquisition process in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Partner with HR and leadership to continuously improve onboarding processes and tools

Learning & Development

  • Assist in the design, coordination, and implementation of training programs
  • Develop, maintain, and update training materials, guides, and resources
  • Support administration of training systems and track completion of required learning

Career Development

  • Work with supervisors to support the development of clear career paths and progression opportunities
  • Assist in building tools and resources that help employees understand growth opportunities within the organization
  • Coordinate professional development initiatives that support employee engagement and retention

Program Coordination & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain documentation, processes, and guidelines related to onboarding and development programs
  • Collect and analyze feedback to enhance employee experience and program effectiveness
  • Support cross-functional initiatives related to employee engagement and development

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, onboarding, and employee development

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with employees and leaders at all levels
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365; experience with HRIS and learning management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to create clear documentation, plans, and training materials

Compensation & Benefits

The expected annual salary range for this position is $70,000 โ€“ $80,000, depending on experience, qualifications, education/training, applicable knowledge and skills and proficiency for the role.

Base compensation is one component of our total rewards offering, which includes a competitive benefits package, performance bonus, and ESOP shares.
