Senior Technical Program Manager and PMO Lead with experience delivering complex enterprise platforms, multi-workstream implementations, and large-scale business transformations. This role establishes governance, aligns stakeholders, and leads cross-functional teams to execute critical initiatives from strategy through production. The position demonstrates expertise in driving structure, accountability, and measurable operational and financial results across technology and operations. Employees in this job function plan and oversee the execution of projects and programs focused on the implementation or upgrade of technology applications, capabilities, and solutions, including enterprise applications, SaaS, internal infrastructure, networking, data centers, laboratories, and related technology environments. The role may also serve as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ensuring that teams follow the values and practices of Scrum while embracing Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
