The Learning Program Manager plays a critical role in shaping and delivering learning strategies that directly support business performance. This position partners closely with business leaders to identify capability gaps, diagnose performance challenges, and design solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

Acting as the single point of accountability, you will lead learning initiatives from strategy through delivery—ensuring alignment between business priorities, learning design, and performance impact. This role goes beyond training coordination—it’s about consulting, influencing, and delivering results through learning.

What You’ll Do Strategic Business Partnership
  • Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals, challenges, and capability needs.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable learning and performance strategies.
  • Build trusted relationships and serve as the primary learning advisor for your assigned function or business area.
Performance Analysis & Solutioning
  • Conduct diagnostics to identify root causes of performance gaps (skills, process, environment, incentives, etc.).
  • Recommend targeted solutions—leveraging both learning and non-training interventions where appropriate.
  • Align stakeholders on priorities, target skill areas, and expected outcomes.
End‑to‑End Program Ownership
  • Serve as the single point of contact between the business and the Learning & Development Center of Excellence.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of learning initiatives:
