As our Business Development Manager, Healthcare RTLS, you'll support HID's success by: 

  • Growing a pipeline of new business while developing new opportunities in current accounts.
  • Developing strategic relationships with customers and prospects at different levels within the organization, understanding their specific pain points and requirements, while also identifying any organizational and political roadblocks.
  • Collaborating with leadership on developing strategic plans to grow new accounts and use cases.
  • Collaborating with leadership, product management, partners, and marketing on Go To Market activities.
  • Forecasting sales pipeline accurately and closing business against defined quota.
  • Supporting marketing efforts and speaking engagements at trade shows and industry events.
  • Working with the appropriate internal stakeholders and channel partners.

 

Your Experience and Background include:  

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University preferred. Candidates with equivalent education plus relevant work experience may also be considered.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in market-based sales role which achieved or exceeded business growth targets is required 
  • Experience working in a technology industry with an aptitude for understanding technical product details and specifications 
  • 4 to 7+ years of experience B2B selling solutions to large organizations and multiple decision makers.
  • Track record of long-lasting customer relationships that have expanded business.
  • Strategic mindset with a successful track record of developing account strategies.
  • Excellent communication and technical skills to develop relationships with executive, operational and IT personnel throughout organizations.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach toward products, markets, and clients' business challenges.
  • Experience selling Real Time Location Systems (RTLS)
  • Experience selling both hardware and software
  • Healthcare market experience preferred
  • Focused on building solid and trusted relationships with customers.
  • Complex sales methodology training preferred.
  • Experience selling through system integrators and other distribution channels preferred

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range does not account for geographic differentials based on the location where the position may be filled. At HID, it is uncommon for individuals to be hired at or near the top of the range. Final compensation decisions depend on the specific facts and circumstances of each case.

The base salary in the United States is $100,000 to $120,000. The OTE is up to $200,000.
