About the Role

My Tennessee Home Solution (MTHS) is seeking a high-integrity, high-energy Lead Manager to serve as the first point of contact for motivated home sellers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on phone conversations, loves building rapport quickly, and takes pride in keeping a clean, organized sales pipeline.

This hybrid/remote position blends appointment setting, CRM pipeline management, consistent follow-up, and ongoing sales training, with a clearly defined path to grow into Senior Lead Manager or Acquisitions.

What You’ll Do
  • Answer inbound calls from motivated sellers and schedule same-day appointments
  • Consistently set 2 appointments per day and help drive 1 contract per week from your booked pipeline
  • Maintain accurate, detailed CRM notes, tags, and follow-up tasks
  • Create short, weekly seller-facing video content aligned with our brand voice
  • Participate in weekly sales training (90 minutes per week)
  • Actively manage follow-ups to keep opportunities moving forward
What You Need to Succeed
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or phone-based appointment setting
  • Strong verbal communication skills and fast response habits
  • Experience using CRMs, Google Suite, Slack, Asana, and Zoom
