Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated, results driven Lead Coordination Specialist to proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound customer outreach. This is not a traditional call center or dispatcher role. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging customers, making high-volume outbound calls, following up on opportunities, and creating appointments that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to existing and prospective customers
  • Follow up on unsold estimates and open proposals
  • Contact inactive and dormant customers to generate new opportunities
  • Promote maintenance agreements, membership programs, and additional services
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives, technicians, and comfort advisors
  • Execute rehash campaigns and customer follow-up initiatives
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity notes in the CRM
  • Identify opportunities to maximize revenue within the existing customer database
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

Performance Expectations:

  • Less than 10-minute average lead response time
  • High same-day booking percentage
  • Strong appointment confirmation percentage
  • High lead-to-booking conversion rate
  • Professional communication and customer service at all times

Qualifications:

  • Previous outbound calling, inside sales, lead generation, or customer retention experience preferred
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Positive attitude with the ability to overcome objections
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
