What Youโ€™ll Do
As Lead Assistant Manager, youโ€™ll be the right hand to the Store Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will help maintain high standards in cleanliness, inventory, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support staff across all shifts
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and ABC regulations
Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee vendor check-ins
Deliver prompt, courteous service to all customers
Monitor cash handling and prepare shift reports
Train new employees and foster a positive team culture
Keep shelves stocked and store areas clean and organized
Respond to emergencies and resolve operational issues
What You Bring
Previous retail or convenience store experience (1+ years preferred)
