Job description

We are seeking a professional and highly organized Legal Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice at our client's downtown office. In this pivotal role, you will ensure smooth office operations by managing receptionist responsibilities, supporting administrative functions, and maintaining client confidentiality. Responsibilties
  • Manage reception desk in main lobby
  • Receptionist will greet visitors, be well spoken, clear, and patient with all visitors
  • Serve as focal point for visitors, customer and client personnel
  • Ensure lobby is clean and presentable at all times
  • Enforce and handle security compliance standards regarding visitor's badges
  • Other Front Desk tasks as assigned (i.e., assisting visitors with special requests such as taxis and restaurants; contacting shuttle drivers for Associates and visitors; distributing Wyndham's wireless router password to authorized users; etc.)
  • Maintain schedule of conference rooms and visitor offices
  • Order breakfast, lunch and dinner when required for meetings
  • Act as switchboard for internal calls
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and

  • Assist associates with conference room reservations and room preparation, when they inquire, by providing guidance to customer conference room management system.
  • Perform duties and special requests as assigned by management and client
  • Ensure operating and quality standards are met based on service objectives
  • Maintain accuracy of required reports, logs, and measurements
  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer needs and ensure that any facility need is proactively addressed at all times
  • Ensure adherence to business guidelines including safety and security procedures

Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Minimum of 2 years receptionist related experience required
  • Law firm experience preferred
  • Computer proficiency in email environments, MS Office, Outlook
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills required
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and written with customers and client personnel
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, team environment
  • Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to adhere and administer company's policies and procedures

  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater

The Compensation range for this role is $24- $26 USD per hour Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
