Receptionist Clerical Greeter
Job Description
Responsibilities include answering phones, taking messages, assist sales people with filing and checking the status of orders, making change for counter sales. This administrative support position includes; supporting sales transactions, credit approvals, management support, billing out and receiving transfers, setting up RTV's, receiving PO's and hands on bookkeeping.
Qualifications
Receptionist/Clerical
To qualify, candidate should be organized, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be reliable and willing to learn. Preferred hands on bookkeeping skills, Internet and smart tablet knowledge a must , Excellent Customer Service, industry experience a plus. Weekend availability required. A+ experience a plus. Candidate will support employees in all sales transactions and credit approvals, as well as management support.
For compliance purposes for NYS transparency, the expected salary range is $18.50- $23.00. Compensation will be based on experience and other factors permitted by law
