The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on keeping our field operations running smoothly. You’ll oversee daily crew dispatch, equipment readiness, jobsite quality, safety compliance, and multiple commercial accounts while communicating confidently in both English and Spanish.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys being in the field, leading crews, solving problems proactively, and taking pride in the quality of their work. You’ll be a key point of accountability for our teams and clients, ensuring crews are prepared, jobs are completed properly, and concerns are addressed quickly. As a growing company, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with leadership, help improve our operations, and build something you can be proud of.
What You Will Own
  • Daily dispatch and scheduling of multiple field crew
  • Jobsite quality control across all active accounts
  • Equipment, vehicle, and trailer inspections — every day
  • Safety compliance and weekly bilingual safety meetings
  • Crew accountability, training, and performance management
  • Direct client communication and issue resolution
  • Irrigation system oversight and maintenance coordination
  • Reporting to ownership on field operations and progress

Requirements
  • Bilingual — English and Spanish. You will use both every single day.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • 5+ years managing multiple landscaping crews in a commercial environment
  • Proven equipment and safety accountability experience

Strong Advantage
  • TCEQ Licensed Irrigator (LI) — or actively pursuing
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certified
  • Experience with hardscaping, installs, or enhancement projects
  • DFW market knowledge — local accounts, vendors, terrain
